Mr. Gopichand Kolli, with over 33 years of experience in a range of industries, including Steel, Construction, Entertainment, Cold Supply Chain Management, and the Food industry, brings in a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as the Managing Director of Kreata Food Specialties Private Limited.

As the Managing Director, Mr. Gopichand is responsible for overseeing the company’s policy and decision-making processes ensuring manufacturing excellence, business growth, and profitability. He will lead the company in its efforts to achieve its goals, providing direction and guidance to the team and ensuring that the company stays on track towards success.

Shashi Kanth S.S

Mr. Shashi Kanth, a graduate in Engineering and a postgraduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

He has over three decades of experience in driving excellence and has held C-suite positions for more than two decades across multiple disciplinary functions including Sales, Distribution, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Production, Maintenance, Employability Skills, Corporate Training, Value Added Staffing, co-creating performance management solutions and General Management in various organizations.

Throughout his career, he has worked in various industries, including Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Cadbury India Limited, BAT plc, NIS Sparta, Subhiksha Retail, John Keells India, Centum Learning, and Hero Mindmine.

Mr. Shashi Kanth as the Director of Strategy and Planning is responsible for formulating growth strategies, setting up new business, crafting and driving business growths, Sales, Marketing and Business development, managing the people value chain and representing the company to the stakeholders.

Mr. Siddharth Kolli has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Case Western University (USA) brings in a unique set of skills and expertise to the company.

Mr. Siddharth Kolli, with his educational background brings in a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the company. His Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering provides a strong foundation in design, development, and manufacturing processes, while his Master’s degree in Engineering Management gives him a comprehensive understanding of the business side of engineering and the necessary management skills.
Mr. Siddharth as the Executive Director is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic vision and mission, business development, sales and marketing and representing the company to the stakeholders.

With his unique set of skills and experiences, Mr. Kolli is well-positioned to provide strong leadership and direction to the company, helping it achieve its goals and succeed in the market.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to Kreata’s manufacturing team, ensuring efficient processes and successful project outcomes.

Srinivas Balla

Mr. Srinivas is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has a diverse background in factory construction, manufacturing operations, process troubleshooting, maintenance, technical training, and environmental health and safety management.

Throughout his career, Mr. Srinivas has demonstrated his commitment to driving manufacturing excellence by setting performance benchmarks and selecting the most effective processes and equipment. He has a proven track record of making a significant impact in this area, as evidenced by his past roles in various companies.

As he takes on the role of GM for Kreata Food Specialities manufacturing unit, Mr. Srinivas is poised to bring his extensive experience and technical know-how to the table.
